Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete the data SolarisChat holds about you and your Instagram account.
SolarisChat ("we", "us") uses Meta's Instagram API to automate replies for business accounts. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using any of the methods below. This page supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Remove SolarisChat from Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and activity.
- Open Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Find SolarisChat under Active and tap Remove.
Meta then notifies us automatically, and we delete your account and all associated data. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.
Delete in SolarisChat
Signed-in users can delete their account immediately, or submit a data deletion request from the Data and Privacy settings.
Request by Email
Email info@solarischat.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your Instagram username. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
What Is Deleted
We permanently delete your account, connected Instagram account data and access tokens, conversations and messages, leads, orders, products, and settings, and we cancel any active subscription. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.
