What happens if I exceed my message limit?
Automations pause until your next billing cycle resets. You can upgrade at any time to restore service instantly.
Is my payment information secure?
All card payments are processed securely through Paddle. SolarisChat never stores your card details — only a secure token is kept on file.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Besides cards, we accept online bank transfers, Kaspi, and MBank. Email info@solarischat.com with the plan you want, and we'll send you the payment details. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment arrives.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a unique DM thread. Multiple back-and-forth messages within the same thread count as one conversation.
What is AI context?
AI context is the number of previous messages the AI reads to understand the conversation. More context means smarter, more relevant replies.
